CHRISTUS Santa Rosa is in a period of massive expansion across San Antonio and is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Otolaryngologist to join an established, high-volume outpatient practice in the highly desirable Stone Oak market. With a robust primary care network generating over 700 ENT-specific referrals annually, the incoming physician will step into an immediate, full-volume practice managing existing overflow rather than hunting for cases.
ZERO trauma or ER call. No inpatient rounding. Informal, shared post-op call only.
Schedule: Monday–Thursday (8 AM–5 PM) and Fridays (8 AM–3 PM).
Clinical Scope: 3 clinic days, 1–2 OR days, and a ½ day procedure clinic. Expect 35–40 clinic patients/day and 5–10 surgeries/week.
Efficient Surgical Setup: Dedicated block time at a highly efficient, off-site ambulatory surgery center (ASC). 95% of cases are outpatient.
Patient Mix: General ENT foundation with a wide-open opportunity to build a Facial Plastic & Reconstructive service line.
Integrated Support: Lean, efficient clinic staff with an on-site Audiologist.
MD/DO, Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology.
Eligible for Texas medical licensure.
