Summary:
The Operations Engineer supports the Performance Excellence Team in monitoring key operational metrics and sustaining initiatives across ministries. This hands-on role assists in analyzing data, conducting process reviews, and identifying potential risks to performance under the guidance of more senior team members. The Operations Engineer contributes to early identification of deviations from One CHRISTUS standards and supports the team in realigning operations with established practices and goals.
This position collaborates with clinical, operational, and analytical staff to support improvement efforts and promote consistency with enterprise performance expectations. The role requires foundational analytical skills, an understanding of process improvement principles, and the ability to work effectively with teams across the organization. This position deals with highly sensitive and confidential information.
