Graphic Designer I - Tyler Print Shop in Tyler, TX

Summary:

Plans, create, design and prints (brochures, advertising, newsletters, etc.) Shoots photos and designs Illustrations if needed. Trains others and communicates with leaders and team. Works with vendors securing bids and overseeing all stages to finial result. Has working knowledge of all equipment in the print shop and runs equipment as needed. Produces creative design and photos, uniformity of promoting corporate image to meet graphic standards of CHRISTUS.

Responsibilities:

• This position helps mold the public's image of the System, which in turn impacts the financial health and good name of the System
• Responsible for reporting any safety issues to supervisors and management
• Participates as a member of the System Marketing team.
• May participate in brainstorming sessions to develop marketing plans
• Assists in decision making that affects Printing and Graphics Department and Marketing
• Participates as a member of the team to identify and solve problems and must be able to multi task

Requirements:

• Associate Degree

Work Schedule:

8AM - 5PM Monday-Friday
