Summary:
The Cook is responsible for the preparation of all food items including meals, baking and any other items as determined by the needs of the Sisters, other customers/visitors and special function schedule. The Cook determines the presentation and the schedule for delivering meals and refreshments to ensure that high standards for presentation and food temperatures are maintained. The Cook collaborates with the Director and others to ensure the dietary needs of the Sisters and other customers are satisfied.
The Cook is expected to behave in a manner consistent with the Core Values and must collaborate with other Associates and departments to ensure the overall mission is achieved.
