Student Intern - PPMO in Irving, TX

Summary:

Responsibilities:

• Work with Project Management Office to learn pre-implementation/Discovery activities (such as requirements gathering, workflow documentation, level of effort, resource identification).
• Work with Project Management Office to learn project lifecycle, processes, artifacts and tools utilized.
• Learn by assisting in creating documentations such as project plan, timeline, meeting minute, RACI, status reports, etc. to manage projects.
• Learn on how to collaborate with cross functional teams by utilizing various communication channels.

Requirements:

Experience:

• At least 2 years of college preparation towards major.

Education:

• Currently enrolled in a College degree program in one of the following degree program;
  • Engineering
  • Science
  • Commerce or Business
  • Computer Science
  • Healthcare and Technologies
  • Information Systems
• PC and Microsoft Office Skills
• Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively work with others.
• Quick learner with attention to detail, high degree of confidentiality and solid organizational skills.
• Needs to be resourceful, innovative and persuasive with ability to problem solve and troubleshoot.
