• Works as liaison with external resources, i.e. EMS and other community resources, as appropriate.
• Work with Accrediting bodies to achieve and maintain program success.
• Demonstrates understanding of regulatory requirements related to performance improvement and accreditation standards.
• Demonstrates knowledge of quality improvement models and knowledge of data analytical tools.
• Supports departmental managers, providers and staff to translate the PI Plan to departmental PI activities.
• Aggregates and analyzes collected data
• Trends analyzed data.
• Leads performance improvement activities as indicated by identified trends.
• Serves as organizational liaison for accreditation surveys.
