  • Coordinates all training activities of registration personnel for initial, in-service and annual training requirements.
  • Completes audit control activities on all registration personnel.
  • Assists in development of new and, update current office policies and procedures.
  • Assists in recruitment, evaluations and counseling of supervised personnel.
  • Reviews/monitors all registration forms for accuracy and authorizations/consents have been obtained. Submits monthly status report to appropriate departments.
  • Implements, reviews and maintains departmental quality improvement plans.
  • Establishes, maintains, processes, and/or updates files, records, and/or documents.
  • Reviews all appropriate insurance carriers to verify that registration personnel have completed benefits checks.
  • May complete or assist in completing daily work schedules for registration personnel.
  • Will modify, develop and perform routine maintenance on registration database files.
  • Will manipulate raw data into charts/graphs for staff and management when required.
