Summary:

Behavioral Crisis Registered Nurse works in collaboration with the Emergency Department clinical staff and providers in supporting the care of patients with behavioral and mental health needs in the Emergency Department. The Behavioral Crisis Registered Nurse will help facilitate the behavioral health assessment and treatment of patients who displays any signs of a behavioral or mental health crisis and will further facilitate an optimal response to potentially urgent or unsafe situations where there is a need for mental health assessment, triage, stabilization or transfer to a safer environment.
