🩺 Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive primary care, including preventive services, chronic condition management, and treatment of acute illnesses

• Conduct physical exams; order, interpret, and follow up on diagnostic tests

• Develop and implement individualized treatment and patient education plans

• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and support staff to ensure coordinated care

• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in electronic medical records (EMR)

• Educate patients on wellness, disease prevention, and self-management

• Adhere to quality, safety, and regulatory care standards

✅ Required Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted NP or PA license in the state of Texas

• National certification (AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA)

• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in family medicine or primary care

• Excellent clinical, communication, and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

🕒 Schedule & Compensation

• Full-time, Monday–Friday (no weekends or nights)
