Network Data Analyst Health Plans - HP Network Development in Irving, TX

Summary:

This Job is responsible for supporting the Network Management team including but not limited to network analytics, compliance deliverables, and contract support.

Responsibilities:

• Meets expectations of the applicable OneCHRISTUS Competencies: Leader of Self, Leader of Others, or Leader of Leaders.
• Supports project leaders/management in the creation of data reports and reviews technical data to ensure legibility, accuracy, and completeness
• Utilize Quest Analytic Tool to develop and maintain monthly reporting for the Network team
• Assist with tracking and production of NCQA and other Quality deliverables
• Assist with completion of all regulatory deliverables including annual filings, network adequacy reporting and ad hoc requests
• Review and research of the out of network claims report for purposes of identifying errors and potential contracting needs
• Uses research and statistical methods to analyze data patterns, and related trends, with the subsequent ability to synthesize into information consumable by business decision-makers
• Work alongside teams within the business or management team to establish business needs
• Provide statistical assistance to the department
• Develop and maintain dashboards to track remediation of issues

Job Requirements:

Education/Skills

• Bachelor's Degree required

Experience

• 2-4 years of experience with compliance, auditing and monitoring, education and training, and process improvement required

Licenses, Registrations, or Certifications

• None required
