Summary:
The Manager of Client Services is responsible for managing all aspects of client servicing, customer service, and specific support and administrative functions within TLRA. This includes client satisfaction, quality control, communication, and training of business services. The Client Services Manager is expected to have advanced knowledge of all of TLRA's business lines and services, operational procedures and work functions, client service level agreements and expectations, and collection systems functionality. This role is also expected to act as a liaison, and advocate, and must ensure coordination and communication between clients (all levels), management, the general public, operations, and TLRA and CHRISTUS associates. The Client Services Manager will possess an in-depth knowledge of company procedures and structure. This position will support the overall success of TLRA by demonstrating flexibility, collaboration, and cooperation in a team environment, maintaining a high level of product/service quality.
