Summary:

The Program Director Mission Integration is a leader in CHRISTUS Health and a member of the Mission Integration department. This position is responsible for providing direction and ensuring accountability in planning, implementing and evaluating department functions and formation experiences Works closely with Mission Integration, Ethics, Community Benefits and Health Equity to provide system support to make sure that the Mission Integration goals are achieved. Reporting to the EVP, Chief Mission Integration Officer, this position works to ensure excellence in the quality of CHRISTUS Health Mission Integration programs.

Responsibilities:

• Manages department programs and flow of work including coordination of multiple, parallel projects using formal project planning techniques
• Maintains files and systems to track, measure, evaluate and produce reports on assigned team initiatives and programs
• Manages program production and workflow in the following areas (but not limited to): Edit multi-media presentations and update department website(s), Draft communication and edit print materials and PowerPoint templates that support program visual identity (according to system communication standards and style guide),

Requirements:
