Summary:

The team leader will perform current duties as a Patient Access Rep and perform additional duties as assigned. The team leader must be impartial and motivate the team to perform at its best. The team leader must encourage the team members to help each other and be a mentor to other team members. The team leader must also take initiative of bringing the team members closer. The team leader is the face of very team as well as the organization. The team leader must encourage the team to meet collection, productivity, and patient satisfaction goals. 

Responsibilities:

• Perform current duties as a Patient Access Rep and perform additional duties as assigned.
• Must be impartial and motivate the team to perform at its best.

Requirements:

Education/Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent.
  
• Successful completion of the core educational curriculum "Excellence at the Front End" required within one year of employment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills. Demonstrate excellent customer service skills.
• Basic computer knowledge
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing

Experience

• One year experience in hospital registration or a comparable position preferred.

• None required
