Nurse Extern I - Winnsboro at CHRISTUS Trinity Mother Frances Health System

Summary:

This is a PRN position. No set schedule or Shift. The Nurse extern provide direct patient care through compassion, excellence and efficiency. Works under the guidance of the RN with assigned patients in accordance with hospital guidelines for patient care. Collaborates with other disciplines to achieve overall healthcare goals. Responsible for following the plan of care as provided by the nursing staff to assist patient processes and outcomes.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent Completed
• 2nd, 3rd, and 4th level students at accredited nursing school and enrolled in an accredited nursing school
• BLS Certification GPA of 3.0 or greater highly preferred
