  • Demonstrates knowledge and skills necessary to provide services based on the physical, psychosocial, educational, safety, and other related criteria appropriate population in his/her assigned area
  • Maintains required core competencies.
  • Complies with set Policies and Procedures (i.e. name tag, dress code, parking, smoking, etc.)
  • Develop and execute outreach strategies to identify and engage individuals in need of behavioral health services.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with community organizations, healthcare providers, and other referral sources to promote our clinic's services.
  • Conduct outreach activities such as community presentations, workshops, and informational sessions to raise awareness about our clinic and its services.
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure a smooth transition for clients from outreach to intake and treatment services.
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, referrals, and outcomes.
  • Assess the needs and preferences of potential clients to match them with appropriate services within our clinic.
  • Stay informed about current trends and developments in the behavioral health field to effectively communicate the clinic's expertise.
  • Assist in the development and distribution of marketing materials, both online and offline, to enhance the clinic's visibility.
