Summary:

Provides essential leadership and administrative support to the department managers; Accountable for the financial and quality performance of the Clinic. Ensures that the nursing, standards of care are consistent with CHRISTUS Health’s mission and meet regulatory requirements. Facilitates the ongoing achievement of the division’s mission and goals; promotes the development and improvement of processes directed at providing quality, economical healthcare services.

Responsibilities:

• Manages and ensures implementation and effectiveness of the clinic’s operations team in support of goals and objectives
• Increases the organization’s capacity ensuring that system goals are effectively and efficiently met
• Recommends personnel restructuring changes to leadership in order to meet the objectives and mission of the organization
• Establishes a continuous process improvement mindset along with a structured monitoring and reporting system
• Regularly reports the status of team efforts and impacts
• Identifies opportunities for savings and fiscal operational improvement
• Serves at the behest of senior leadership team to make operational changes as needed
• Other duties and projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree
