Manager Clinical Operations-Savoy-Full Time at CHRISTUS St. Frances Cabrini Health System

Summary:

Responsible for the daily operations of all assigned areas of responsibility, specifically the Rural Health & Physician Clinic. Reports to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and is responsible for implementing and carrying out plans and programs established by Savoy Medical Center. Demonstrates full support of the CHRISTUS Health mission through demonstrated measurable results and conduct consistent with the mission statement and strategic plan. 

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Marketing, or other related fields.
• Five or more years Leadership experience in the healthcare setting and previous experience with partnership/joint venture business relationships preferred. 
• Demonstrated ability to drive business growth through marketing and business development activities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate with all levels of personnel in a large organization.
