Summary:
The Manager Business Office is responsible for the oversight of the managed care activities and personnel in the Patient Business Office. Supervises day to day operations including analyzing daily/weekly reports. Responsible for providing administrative leadership and developing policies/procedures in managed care area in the Business Office ensuring billing integrity to patients, Third Party Payers, including Medicare and Medicaid. In addition, the Manager Business Office is responsible for achieving monthly cash goals and other targets identified by the Chief Financial Officer. Participates in identifying and implementing performance actions.

Associate Degree or equivalent years of experience required.
Experience
2 – 5 years of supervisory/management experience preferred.
6 – 8 years of technical years of experience preferred.
