Summary:

Stocks, assembles, and distributes supplies and equipment in the surgical suite. Maintains complex instruments.

Responsibilities:

• Meets expectations of the applicable OneCHRISTUS Competencies: Leader of Self, Leader of Others, or Leader of Leaders.
• Responsible for inventory and storage room operations of all operating room surgical equipment including equipment maintenance, cleaning, distribution, and special projects.
• May assume other duties from the manager or designee as needed such as patient transport and nurse assistant duties.

Requirements:

Education/Skills 

• High School diploma or equivalent required 

Experience 

• 3 years of operating room experience preferred either in vendor sales/ service or similar role 

Licenses, Registrations, or Certifications 

• BLS required
