Summary:
The Human Resources Shared Services Analyst provides advanced, specialized support within the HR Shared Services team, resolving complex inquiries, managing HRIS transactions, and contributing to process improvement initiatives. This exempt-level role serves as a subject matter expert in HR systems and policies, manages specialized HR programs, and partners with HR leadership to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery. The Analyst handles data related to requests in HR systems and ServiceNow, ensuring smooth HR operations. The Analyst also manages ticket requests through ServiceNow, collaborating with other COEs and HR Strategy to identify trends and establish procedures to improve processes.
