Summary:

The ERP Technical Application Analyst Lead provides technical support for all Finance, Supply Chain Management and Human Resource systems with an advanced technical understanding of the EPR application and its related third-party business applications which include technical functionality, system technical design, technical architecture, testing, workflow, modification, routine and non-routine processing, and business system structure. The Technical Application Analyst Lead is responsible for advancing the technical functionality and operational efficiency of the use of the ERP application. This entails advising and assisting customers in the operation and administration of their systems; collaborating with customers to enhance their work methodologies and tools; and maintaining a customer-centric technical knowledge and focus when contributing to the analysis, design, development, testing, documentation, and implementation activities including recurring Customer Updates of the ERP application. The Technical Application Analyst Lead must possess sufficient detailed technical expertise to support multiple applications. The Technical Application Analyst Lead provides response and resolution to technical application problems and requests for change to the ERP application. This position works in a collaborative team setting, creating, and sharing information and assisting team members while providing quality support to both internal and external users with a focus on customer service and timeliness. The Technical Application Analyst Lead should possess detailed healthcare knowledge and systems expertise to implement medium to high complexity assignments with minimal guidance.

Responsibilities:

• Lead with the analysis, develop, testing, documentation, education, implementation, support, maintaining or optimization of ERP technical operations support for a wide variety of end-users and external third-party business application vendors.
• Independently provide daily ERP technical system monitoring including virtual servers, verify integrity and availability of peripheral hardware, review system and application logs and completion of scheduled jobs.
• Apply advanced level understanding to resolve hardware issues, configure peripheral hardware devices and troubleshoot operating systems issues.
• Lead in technical installation, configuration, administration, and maintenance of the ERP Cloud-Suite Multi-Tenant environments.
• Lead development and document technical product definitions, stakeholder needs, product features, and corresponding functional specifications.
• Demonstrates solid understanding of Finance Supply Chain Management or Human Resource management functions.
• Collaborate and build proactive, positive relations with peers, managers, and cross-functional teams to ensure that consistency within defined processes is maintained; help determine best practices; and work efficiently.
• Ability to work with aggressive timelines in a team environment with a desire to learn and grow.
• Proactively review, test, and communicate significant technical system updates ensuring system integrity is maintained.
• Document issues and resolutions for future reference; help create and maintain FAQ. Update educational job aides and training material as needed.
• Demonstrate strong customer service, communication and human relationship skills when dealing with customers, fellow associates, and vendors.
• Produce required department reporting associated with support, projects and problems assigned, which includes status and problem documentation summary within the designated tool.
• Follow established policies, procedures and standards defined by the department. Participate in the development and documentation of procedures for day-to-day tasks within assigned areas of support and maintenance, including the development of processes and procedures for other teams.
• Demonstrate the ability to learn and support new technologies through e-learning, self-study, and peer training/studies.
• Assist other ERP teams by providing second level support and guidance.
• Focus on providing a friendly, courteous, and polite customer service experience always including rotating 24/7 on-call support. Contact vendors regarding service issues to receive support information or assistance as required. Assist users with optimizing the use of assigned applications set priorities, plans, and manages a diverse set of tasks.
• May be required to travel to perform some job functions.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management or designee.

Requirements:

Education/Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or related field.
  • Sevan years related experience in technical application analysis in Finance, Supply Chain Management, Human Resources, or Information Systems support preferred.

Experience

  • ERP Cloud-Suite technical support preferred.
  • Knowledge and experience with technical monitoring tools.
  • High degree of technical knowledge to understand the environment.
  • Functional knowledge of Operating Systems.
  • Overall technical experience with support of large applications/systems.

Licenses, Registrations, or Certifications

  • EPR Certifications preferred.
