External Applicant Current Associate

Summary:

Responsible for oversight and management of multiple clinical & community health areas on a 24-hour basis. Responsible for day-to-day activities of service line operations. Ensures that the hospital’s mission and core values are evident in the service delivered to customers. 

Requirements:

• Graduate of a Registered Nursing program, Bachelor of Science in Nursing required. 
• Good oral and written communication skills. 
• Demonstrates ability to problem-solve. 
• Strong critical thinking skills. 
• Team-building skills and coaching skills. 
• Self-directed and motivated.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a hospital setting required. 
• Must have supervisory and leadership ability and be able to make immediate judgments and decisions.
• Current Louisiana RN License. 
• BLS Certification required.
