Summary:

The Technology Consultant II maintains and supports the technology needed for effective implementation of the Talent Management strategy. Partners with Talent Management Content Leads, Shared Services, HR and business units to deliver improved organizational data management and reporting capabilities. Provide quality solutions and services, and ensure consistent application of tools and processes within Talent Management across the entire system. Deliver training on technology and tools related to talent management strategy and deployment.

• Responsible for analysis, research, and/or implementation of technology to support the talent management strategy and delivery of services
• Timely resolution of technical support issues that have been escalated from Shared Services Center
• Assist with coordination of function and data issue resolution activities with vendors and internal resources
• Investigate issues caused by users, system integration, networking, or vendor content
• Partner with internal clients to understand business reporting needs and data storage requirements
• Support system functionality changes to accommodate the needs of internal clients
• Maintain and support the Talent Management tools and technology
• Collaborate with IM as necessary to ensure the Talent Management COE has the right tools and programs in place to ensure effective deployment of talent management strategy and programs across the system
• Resolve user registration system issues that have been escalated from Shared Services and, if necessary, coordinate with vendors and internal IM resources for Resolution

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Related Field of Study
