RN Lead, Surgery - Full Time Job in Lake Charles

Summary:

The Team Leader is a responsible member of the OR Leadership team. Uses available resources to meet physician and customer needs. Role reflects a balance between management and clinical practice. Works with OR Supervisor to promote a “Team Environment” and maintains good communication with Director, Surgeons and Staff.

Requirements:

· A minimum of 1 year of OR experience in the specialty 

· Knowledgeable of AORN guidelines and CSPH policy

· Two years of acute care experience in the specific specialty is preferred.

· BSN preferred but not required 

· CNOR preferred
