Summary:

Responsible for participating in the selection, orientation and scheduling of the ECMO staff. Assures correct staffing level at all times. Responsible for billing and chart reviews and ensures the competencies of the staff in order to perform ECMO safely.

Requirements:

Graduate of an accredited RN program is required.
Two (2) years NICU or PICU experience is required.
Experience as a team leader for at least one (1) year.
Extensive ECMO experience is required.
Licensed in the State of Texas.
NRP (Neo Natal Resuscitation Program) certification is required for NICU staff.
PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) certification is required for PICU staff.
CPR is required.
