The Project Manager I will support all projects for our Culinary Health Education for Families program (CHEF) at The Children’s Hospital of San Antonio. Most projects will be centered around the Education and Curricula for the Culinary Health Education for Families program (CHEF). The Project Manager I, is responsible for developing all program curricula and educational materials in support of the program mission to promote culinary health as a path to lifelong health and wellness. S/he serves as the curriculum expert of this program, bringing evidence-based curriculum design standards and methodologies to programs and services offered at the hospital as well as in the community. The Project Manager I, will work very closely with the CHEF Leadership, Medical Director and Registered Dietician to provide engaging experiences that bring to life the nutritional concepts the program emphasizes. S/he will be responsible for ensuring that all CHEF curricula and materials are scientifically sound and will confer and coordinate with CHofSA physicians and registered dietitians in order to create and offer compelling classes and course materials to targeted audiences.
