Summary:

The Program Director Patient Experience is responsible for ensuring CHRISTUS Leadership has the tools, information and training needed to meet CHRISTUS Health’s expectations regarding the patient experience. Through alignment with CHRISTUS Health’s Patient Experience goals and targeted initiatives, the Director of Patient Experience supports the assigned ministry(ies) by coaching leaders on best practices, providing data and information regarding performance, identifying trends and providing feedback to both leader and individuals based upon feedback and performance. . The Director will help teach Associates to be ambassadors for the ministry in providing Excellent and Compassionate care. Expectations will include promoting a culture of exceptional customer service and coordinate or facilitate training on customer service performance standards, processes and initiatives to create a culture of service excellence for all customer groups - patients, physicians, and fellow Associates.

Located just minutes from the shores of Padre Island, CHRISTUS Spohn Hospital Corpus Christi-South provides surgical and medical services for our patients in south Corpus Christi. Perfectly positioned to serve the rapidly-growing south side of Corpus Christi, CHRISTUS Spohn Hospital Corpus Christi - South is licensed for 158 beds. South offers a full range of medical and surgical services including pediatrics, obstetrics, skilled nursing, emergency, intensive care as well as advanced diagnostic and imaging. The hospital is also home to a Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit which enables recovering mothers to remain close to their premature or special needs babies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree preferred
  • 3-5 year’s leadership experience in a healthcare setting
