• Shift/Schedule – M-F 8:00am-5:00pm
• 100% Outpatient
• No Call
• Physician must be BC/BE
• Average PPD 25-35

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine. Must possess an unrestricted Texas Medical License or be eligible to be licensed in the state of Texas.
