Requirements:

• Required: High School Diploma
• Certified Pharmacy Technician
• ACPE accredited IV certification program, including hazardous (minimum 40hrs) not applicable to Ambulatory Care setting.
• PTCB Certification
• 3-5 years hospital experience
• Pharmacy registration in the State of practice
