Requirements:

• Required:18 years old; High School Diploma, or equivalent.
• Registered Pharmacy Technician or Technician Trainee in the state of practice required.
• Certified Pharmacy Technician preferred
• Pharmacy experience preferred
• CPHT License in State of practice
• CPHT NATL
