This position will provide onboarding training to new associates and ongoing training to existing associates in the RCBS organization. In addition, this position will perform quality auditing on processes and performance in order to identify training oppurtunities and performance shortfalls.
  • · Meet all daily productivity standards
  • · Create and provide system and job role training to new associates
  •  -Create and provide training on all PFS job functions
  • · Establish training plan(s) for associates career advancement including providing lists of approved classes to aide in advancement
  • · Provide annual education material through Healthstream system
  • · Maintain and act as administrator for Healthstream system for PFS
  • · Create and provide monthly compliance topics to PFS associates
  •  -Provide education on new systems being introduced in PFS
  • · Establish mandatory quarterly trainings for all associates
  • · Assist associates in signing up for elective courses in Healthstream system
  • · Create and administer testing documents for all classes completed by associates
  • · Create and maintain all job aides utilized by PFS associates
  • · Provide audits on work performance in relation to patient accounts
  • · Provide audits on PFS processes
  • · Provide feedback on audit findings
  • Minimum of three years' work experience in healthcare business office environment with demonstrated skills and experience in Cash Posting, Payment Validation, Assembly, Billing and Collections functions
  • Experience providing educational training either in classroom or one on one with RCBS preferred
  • Knowledge of the resident (operating) system
  • Management by Fact process skills to develop root cause and corrective actions for teams (can be training within 3 months of hiring)
  • Lean Six Sigma skills (possess or obtain within 3 months of hiring)
  • Must have good verbal and written communication skills in order to present and explain information to internal and external customers
  • Ability to write job aides
  • Must have practical experience with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe applications
  • Must have the ability to make independent decisions that are generally guided by established procedures
  • Must have a desire to learn ethical and compliant business practices
  • Must be able to handle sensitive , stressful, and confidential situations and account information
  • Must have excellent keyboarding and 10-key skill-set
  • Must have knowledge to perform functions requiring the use of the internet
  • HS Diploma or equivalency required
  • Post HS education preferred
