Summary:

The Performance Improvement Engineer I will guide and implement efforts to ensure that performance improvement (PI) programs are developed and managed using a data driven focus which sets priorities for improvements aligned to ongoing strategic imperatives.

Requirements:

· Highly Organized

· Excellent written and verbal communications, presentation skills, and customer relationship skills

· Works on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors

· Knowledge of Clinician and Business environments is highly desirable

· MS Office proficient

· Associates degree or equivalent work experience

· Certified in one or more Epic Modules required
