CHRISTUS Santa Rosa Hospital - Westover Hills(CSRH-WH) is a 150-bed hospital serving the fastest growing area of San Antonio. Specialized care includes orthopedic and surgical services, ICU, women’s services, a newborn nursery, comprehensive cardiovascular care from diagnostics to open heart surgery, vascular lab, sleep center, emergency services, the CHRISTUS Weight Loss Institute, wound care, rehabilitation, and more. Summary:

Under the general supervision of the Nurse Leader and the direct supervision of the Registered Nurse, the Patient Care Technician (PCT) performs non-nursing tasks facilitating efficient maintenance of the unit.

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED is required
Previous experience in a hospital setting is preferred.
American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) required. If not certified at hire, must obtain certification within two weeks of hire.
