Patient Access Representative - TrinCare Job in Tyler

Summary:

Performs duties relative to financial aspects of patient care that significantly impact the billing and collection of account and customer satisfaction. Will work with Government, Commercial and Private Insurance policies. Will be responsible for claims resubmission and appeals.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 3-5 years experience in a medical setting or specialty related field (preferred experience in Insurance reconciliation)
• Must be computer literate with ability to create, edit and distribute worksheets (Proficient in Word and Excel)
• General knowledge of insurance
• Knowledge of CPT/ICD 10 Codes
• Strong verbal communication skills
