Medical Imaging Assistant Job in Beaumont

Summary:

Maintains steady flow, under the direction of the Imaging technologist, to facilitate efficient workflow. Perform clerical duties including: answering phone, entering information into computer. Transport patients to and from imaging suite. Disconnect and reconnect patients back to monitors and oxygen when applicable. Communicate to ED physicians and Radiologists on patient medical history prior to imaging. Continuous light housekeeping duties, stock supplies and linen.

Requirements:

A. Education/Skills • High school diploma or equivalent 

B. Experience • Previous hospital experience preferred. 

C. Licenses, Registrations, or Certifications • American Heart Associate BLS required.
