This position has 3 areas of responsibility: Requisition Functions, Receiving Functions and Distribution of materials for Surgical Services / Critical Care (Cathlab/ER/ICU/Dialysis) on both campuses to include the following:

• Purchasing (both campuses)-- Requisition necessary goods and services to meet the needs of the Departments and Staff of CSV as well as coordinating with these departments to ensure their needs are being met in a timely and cost effective manner; while adhering to contract compliance
• Receiving Distribution Clerk (PMC only) -- Responsible for receiving supplies and equipment for PMC.
• Distribution of Supplies (both campuses) -- Requesting, receiving, issuing and delivering supplies to meet the needs of surgical, critical care and support services. Maintains data in computer regarding supplies purchased, received and used. But not limited to the CC/OR only it is the entire facility -- Inpatient floor, Dietary, EVS, Administration, and Anes. . Maintain par carts / pyxis units located in various departments to include stock rotations / expirations / additions / deletions of products. Provide monthly reporting based on usage and make recommendations to end users and leadership on cost saving / standardization opportunities.
