Manager CRNA Surgery Anesthesiology HMC Job in Shreveport

Summary:

  The Manager would have oversight of the CRNAs at Christus Shreveport-Bossier. A qualified CRNA responsible for the management of nurse anesthesia services in collaboration with departments of anesthesia, surgery, cath lab, endoscopy, labor and delivery, interventional radiology, and nursing administration. Develops and interprets organizational policies for budgets and personnel; assumes responsibility for safe and proper operation and quality control of equipment, techniques, and procedures; and analyzes and evaluates processes to ensure quality patient care.  

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Nursing
• ACLS
• BLS
• CRNA
• PALS
• APRN from Louisiana Board of Nursing
