Summary:

 The Athletic Trainer Manager will be in a supervisory role over the outreach athletic trainer staff for CHRISTUS Trinity Mother Frances in the clinic and to area high schools, colleges & universities The Manager will assist in the organization of and attend weekly sports medicine clinics, organize monthly and annual educational events for CHRISTUS Trinity Mother Frances staff and regional school employed athletic trainers. The Manager will assist the Director in management of the Trinity Mother Frances Sports Medicine Program.

Requirements:

•  Master's Degree is required
• Texas Athletic Trainer License required
• CPR (BLS through American Heart Association)
• 5 years of experience in administration of a high school or a college athletic training setting
• Experience in the management of 10 or more staff is preferred
• Basic use of computer injury tracking programs, MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint and Social Media sites
• Excellent understanding of advanced athletic training and general knowledge of rehabilitation protoc
