Laundry Driver/ Laundry Tech Job in Tyler

Summary:

Under general supervision, but according to established procedures and schedules, delivers and picks up mail, securities, legal documents, packages, and internal correspondence and documents from various facilities. Required to operate a motor vehicle. Maintains a regular schedule over an established route.

MAJOR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for delivery of medical supplies, medical equipment, mail, interoffice mail, blood and lab specimens.

• Responsible for monitoring and scheduling maintenance on assigned vehicle.

• Requires knowledge of Texas State Department of Transportation rules of the road.

• Must demonstrate ability to maintain vehicle maintenance.

• Must be able to operate a tractor and trailer. Good organizational skills.

• Ability to communicate verbally and written in English and perform under stressful conditions.

Requirements:

Education/Skills

• • High School Diploma

Licenses, Registrations, or Certifications

• • DL in state of Texas

Work Type:

Full Time (Drive 60% of the time/ work in the facility 40% of the time)
