Summary:

Participates in the diagnosis and treatment of patients undergoing invasive radiographic procedures. Operates imaging equipment such as X-Rays, Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), and Computed Tomography (CT) to assist in guiding small instruments such as catheters through blood vessels or other pathways.1-3 years experience.ARTT, CMRT, or RDMS certification required.FLSA Status: Non-Exempt.

Perfectly positioned to serve the rapidly-growing south side of Corpus Christi, CHRISTUS Spohn Hospital Corpus Christi - South is licensed for 158 beds. South offers a full range of medical and surgical services including pediatrics, obstetrics, skilled nursing, emergency, intensive care as well as advanced diagnostic and imaging.The hospital is also home to a Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit which enables recovering mothers to remain close to their premature or special needs babies.

Requirements:

• Graduate from an accredited Radiology Program. Sterile technique, excellent radiography skills, understanding of vascular anatomy.
• 6 months training/experience in special procedures. 
• MRT – TDH required. 
• CPR-(American Heart Association).
