The Executive Director for the Oncology Service Line is responsible for overseeing and directing the oncology service line for all regions in the CHRISTUS Health Operations Group. The Director participates and drives decisions related to service line business strategy and operations and is responsible for measurable service line growth, quality of patient care, efficiency of operations, financial management of the service line, and strategic planning.

  • A Bachelor' s degree in Business Administration or Healthcare Administration, or clinical area such as nursing or physical therapy is required; a Master' s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Healthcare Administration (MHA) required;
  • Exceptional verbal and written (including presentations) communication skills required;
  • High personal, ethical, and professional conduct.
  • Excellent quantitative and analytical skills;
  • Strong grasp of business and financial principles;
  • Strong problem solving skills;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to serve as productive member and leader of team;
  • Ability to develop and present complex concepts to large audiences;
