Digital Solution Engineer Job in Irving


The Digital Solution Engineer maintains and supports the technology needed for the effective implementation of the Digital Associate Experience Team strategy. Partners with stakeholders across Human Resource operational verticals to deliver a world-class digital experience. Provide quality solutions and services within the Digital Associate Experience Team across the entire system. Deliver training on technology and tools related to a world-class digital experience.


  • Consults on best practices regarding Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, supporting Business Units
  • Defines best practices, standards, and metrics in relation to Automation
  • Leads the delivery of automation solutions and translates business requirements and processes into technical requirements and configurations for implementation
  • Develops reports for internal stakeholders using dashboards and data visualization software
  • Works with internal customers and relevant teams to define the scope and the level of effort needed for automation projects
  • Facilitates technical discussions with the appropriate team members to build consensus and align on execution
  • Conducts installation, configuration, and maintenance for automation solutions
  • Monitors automation performance and troubleshoots any problem areas as they come up
  • Performs research on automation products, services, protocols, best practices, and standards to remain knowledgeable of industry trends)


  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Master’s Degree preferred
  • 5-7 years of experience in the same or related field of study
  • Experience with Artificial Intelligence (AI)/Machine Learning (ML)/Robotic Process Automation (RPA) algorithms
  • Experience with supporting/managing projects/programs
  • Experience with automation frameworks and methodology
  • Experience with communicating confidently and professionally with all levels of the organization and to non-technical audiences
  • Experience with working through and delivering outcomes based on project plans and milestones
  • Experience with working in a highly iterative and agile environment
  • Familiar with technical systems such as Infor, ServiceNow, Genesis Learning
  • Experience in data management, automation processes, and software
  • Familiar with IT fundamentals and skills
  • Experience working with Agile and Scrum methodology for testing and logging results in tools such as Jira or Confluence
  • Experience creating and executing automation test scripts, user acceptance testing (UAT), etc.
  • Experience working with languages such as Java, .NET, or Python
  • Experience working with automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, Cucumber, UFT, etc.
