Clinical Laboratory Scientist, Laboratory - FT Job in Beaumont

Summary:

Responsible for assisting in the diagnosis and treatment of patients by performing various clinical laboratory procedures. The Clinical Lab Scientist correlates and integrates other patient data and interprets test results; performs maintenance procedures on equipment; performs and interprets quality control/assurance procedures to ensure and evaluate the validity of patient results.

Requirements:

A. Education/Skills • Bachelor’s Degree and training in a National Accrediting Agency for Clinical Laboratory Sciences accredited program required. 

B. Experience • None required. 

C. Licenses, Registrations, or Certifications • Preferred that Clinical Lab Scientist must be certified with ASCP (American Society of Clinical Pathologists) or Board equivalent.
