Quality Analyst I - Quality Management in Alamogordo, NM

Summary:

The Quality Analyst I is responsible for the management of data relating to the Quality, Safety, and Reliability activities across CHRISTUS Health including simple data entry, compilation and display. The Data Analyst I role is to provide support by taking data from multiple sources and synthesizes it into template reports. Paramount to the role is the ability to assure the integrity of data, including extraction, manipulation, storage, processing and analysis

Responsibilities:

• Retrieves and interprets data by reviewing trends, conduct appropriate manipulation and provides feedback to members of the quality management teams
• Provides analytical and project management support including ad hoc reporting and analysis with recommendations
• Serves as a resource for all departments regarding Quality Review Metrics and data collecting
• Provides analytical support and root cause analysis as required

• High School Diploma

Work Schedule:

8AM - 5PM Monday-Friday
