Summary:

Under the supervision of the Director of Radiology, the Mammography Technologist provides professional care to all persons needing their services by producing high quality diagnostic radiographs under the direct supervision of a Radiologist. Evaluates radiographs for technical quality and applies principals of radiation protection and safety. Provides services to patients of all ages at a high competency level.

Requirements:

• Licensed by the State of Louisiana in Radiology required.
• BLS Certification required.
• ARRT - Mammography Certification required.
