  • Demonstrates knowledge and skills necessary to provide services based on the physical, psychosocial, educational, safety, and other related criteria appropriate population in his/her assigned area
  • Maintains required core competencies.

  • Manage the day-to-day business office operations and billing practices.
  • Provide supervisors and staff with the guidance and support to sustain effective business functions within physician practice clinic locations.
  • Support each employed physician with effective tools to promote enhanced business operations and reimbursement.
  • Provide timely and effective correspondence.
  • Directly support the Controller in the following areas:
    • Insurance transmission/HICFA printing
    • Financial documentation
    • Revenue and expense management
    • Deposits and close
    • Month-end reporting
    • Payroll support
    • Supply ordering
    • Time management
    • Coordination of priority items
