Summary:
This position develops strategic sales and marketing objectives, establishes sales territories and quotas, manages budgets and evaluates sales performance. Manages and develops marketing programs and materials. Stays abreast of changes in the marketing environment to best serve the objectives of the CHRISTUS Health and TLRA and adjusts plans accordingly. Develops and manages sales strategy and identifies new markets. Utilizes strategic selling skills to maximize revenue and achieve better growth. Develops new prospects and interacts with existing customers to increase sales of an organization's products and/or services.
