• Bachelor's degree in math, finance, accounting or related discipline.
• 8+ years of financial and/or actuarial analysis experience.
• 4+ years of supervisory or management experience.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/COMPETENCIES:

• Ability to apply advanced mathematical and statistical techniques and principles to the analysis and determination of premium and capitation rates, claim trends and IBNR estimates.
• Excellent skills in the use of advanced spreadsheet and database applications using a personal computer.
• Strong business communication skills related to technical information and financial/actuarial analyses.
• Working knowledge of SAS and/or SQL preferred.
• Successful completion of Health Care Sanctions background check.
• Ability to speak and write fluently in English.

LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS, OR CERTIFICATIONS:

• CPA, MBA, ASA, or CMA strongly preferred
