Summary:

The Program Manager of Talent plays a critical role in the implementation and oversight of strategic talent planning throughout the CHRISTUS Santa Rosa ministry. This individual will be responsible for ensuring company-wide alignment around Talent Strategies that includes project management, to address hospital staffing needs and employment branding. The Program Manager will successfully accomplish strategic alignment through creating and managing the RN Residency and Extern programs, projects, events, and relationships with internal and external stakeholders and community/university/vocational/high school programs to assist in bridging talent gaps with a commitment to excellence, diversity and consistency within the specified areas of the Santa Rosa region.

Requirements:

• Bachelor in related area or equivalent experience
• 1 year experience in high volume recruiting
• Previous HR experience preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively
• High degree of organization and ability to prioritize task
• Event planning experience
