Works with the Performance Improvement department by providing data analysis, project tracking, report coordination, and other analytical services related to projects and initiatives designed to improve operational performance of the healthcare system. Provide ongoing maintenance and review of the productivity metrics and key performance indicators reported through the Insight SciHealth platform and any other systems. Manages enterprise-wide benchmarking data for the system and creates standards for data definitions. Using the subscription model will coordinate access to various systems to collect, normalize and present data. Assists in creating executive dashboards.
  • Knowledge of project management with skills that support performance improvement and change management
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 1-5 years experience in designing and carrying out performance improvement plans
  • Knowledge of business functions, information technology and systems, and programs designed to improve productivity
  • Proficient Knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Highly accurate, organized, detail oriented, self motivated, maintain confidentiality, multi task oriented, and exhibit excellent judgment and problem solving skills.
